It's DFX white - need I say more? Yes? Ok. Awesome for line work and going over other paints. A bit sticky to use if you aren't used to using wax based face paints. Wolfe is a little less sticky than this one, but they both do an excellent job. If you have only worked with Snazaroo or Mehron type paints, these may take a little getting used to. I use a lot of water to activate this color - less for their black. It takes some playing to find the sweet spot of consistency, but don't give up! It's worth the effort. I have sensitive skin and rosacea (which is under control. Thanks L'Bri!), but it doesn't bother me. No problems with my children, either. I might use it for base work if I had a very long, all day type of event, as the high wax content makes it crack less and prolongs vibrancy and duration, but in general, I wouldn't. It doesn't blend as easily as the other non-wax types for base work. But I think every person who does any face paint work at all - even for fun like me - should have this. You'll love the results of your work SO much more! And be a lot less frustrated.
